“Give marks leniantly. No workload. Give marks of the project and lab exam etc.. on the basis of the theory exams . He didn't teach well . Didn't know himself what they are teaching. Attentence wise no issues but it doesn't mean to never come in classs. The only problem is to be aside from all his matters. Never ask him the questions that you think he'll never know . Stay away from him. Or if you think you can make it and have good understanding of the subject just get his attention and you'll get good grades”
